I had an agreed upon price of $905 and an agreed upon date of 14 April for my Land Rover to be picked up by this company. I was told that they owned their own fleet of trucks. That is not true however...and I didnt even know that up until the day that it was to be picked up...they still had NOBODY identified to pick my vehicle up.

After hours of phone calls and emails...and after they tried to get me to up the price to move the vehicle, it had to be cancelled. Now, I am forced to wait two weeks for the seller of my vehicle to return in order to attempt another pick up from another carrier.

As an active Soldier in the US Army- I am used to moving and dealing with logistics- and I can spot a bad organization when I deal with one. It is obvious that this company low balled the price in order to attempt to get a tranporter and had the needs of the customer out of the equation.

The personnel that I dealt with were courteous and friendly, and I beleive that they wanted to do the right thing however at the end of the day I am left waiting and my vehicle is left thousands of miles away all because people didnt do their job.

I am waiting on my refund.
