in the beginning i was promised a company truck, no broker, lie number one. i was told a certain pickup time, lie number two. i was told there would be constant comunication between continental and myself, lie number three. they will not answer emails or phone calls. when they did get back to me they said they were sorry but they forgot me, but they didnt forget to process the deposit. it finally got loaded on a brokers truck, all pro transport from encino ca. they were in constant contact with me but were quick to hustle 25 more dollars out of the deal saying i had to get ahold of trudy to discuss the extra charge, lie number 4. the car arrived early i would say, the two drivers were very professional, although they hooked a shock bracket and broke it. upon delivery there boss calls and tries to hustle 25 more out of me and i had to remind him of our previous conversation and he gave up. in all too many lies for my money just headaches. the drivers were ok, the companies suck on both ends, dont use either. check with me i can tell you more. sometimes the so called good deal isnt. to do it again i would just post it on central dispatch and deal with the driver not the greedy so called owners.
