I happened to get an enclosed carrier,no extra charge,which was not ordered,but was happy to get it as I have an expensive Cadillac.The one thing I liked about the drivers is that they picked up the phone EVERY time I called,to let me know where they were.This whole ordeal was only 1 wk.I am very satisfied and will use them when I return the auto home. Definetly. Plus the price was much cheaper than many others.Alan was very pleasant,along with the 2 drivers.
