Worst Company!!!!

Not only did Continental never pick up my vehicle, they never called me to let me know that a truck was not coming on the days that it was scheduled. I was moving out of state and was forced to leave my vehicle behind. When I did finally get a hold of someone, after half a dozen phone calls, emails, and unreturned messages, I was told that my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up two days later than was originally agreed upon. This, too, was a lie as my vehicle was never picked up on those days either! After many more unanswered phone calls and unreturned messages I finally got a hold of Trudy, who apologized profusely and told me that my vehicle would was scheduled to be picked up the following day between 3-6pm. The following day I emailed and left messages for Trudy that all went unanswered. After finally reaching someone, I was informed that my vehicle was in fact never scheduled to be picked up at all that day!
This company has horrific customer service, in that they barely answer their phone or return phone calls or emails. When you do speak to someone they will sound sincere but they will be lying to you. Telling you complete lies! Here I am a week after my vehicle was supposed to be picked up and I have no vehicle. This is by far the worst, worst, worst company you could choose! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Chris, Due to a last minute cancel we failed to get our routes moving and accommodate with the original plan of loading the vehicle for you. Unfortunately, these are things that happen in this business. We did fail to communicate through the transaction so that is something that we aim to improve on through each and every customer. -rick
