I have been using Continental for years as well as specifically calling Trudy directly. She has always been very knowledgable along with the team and sizable dispatch staff. Even though I have used them at least 20 times I never thought to leave a review. I wanted to now to shed some light on what is a complicated business full of scammers and liars. Continenta has always done their BEST to get my vehicles moved and yes at times they had to broker it out to a REPUTABLE company with my consent, they didn't make any money but they got me the service. Some people don't realize how difficult transport can be and sometimes have unrealistic expectations that are very often unforseeable by the Carrier (AND YES THEY DO HAVE TRUCKS WITH THEIR NAMES ON THEM!!! I HAVE SEEN THEM) I say give them a chance and realize that some people, no names mentioned here might just be a hard to please type of customer.
