Vehicle Not Picked Up

I received an estimate to pick up my vehicle from El Paso Tx for delivery to Burkburnett, TX. I explained to Bernie that I was in the middle of relocating and that it was imperative that my vehicle be picked up no later than 17 Jul and must be delivered to me no later than 22 Jul. I called on daily basis to confirm my pickup.Several times I only was able to leave a message on voicemail but no return call. On the Wednesday before my expected pick up date, I actually was able to speak to someone and was told that my vehicle would be picked up on Friday, July 17 as planned and that the driver was in Dallas, TX and I would receive a confirmation email on Thursday. Thursday came and went with no phone call. I called the office 4- 5 times on that day along with the same amount of calls on the day of expected picikup. Because I work for the government, had to depart on 18 Jul to make my destination in a timely manner. Because of poor customer service from this company, it forced me to someone to drive my third vehicle to our new location. I would not advise anyone to use this company ever. I received a call from another moving company advising me of this companies bad service, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. Boy, I should have listened.
