This company is just a broker, which would have made no difference to me if they hadn't abandoned me when the company they sub-contracted the transport assignment to screwed me over. My car was left at a random body shop 60 miles away- and a week late- because the transporter claimed Continental gave them the wrong contact info.

I paid for door-to-door service but I had to get a 60-mile ride to pick up my car yesterday; Continental has neither taken my calls nor returned my emails for one week now. The only time I was able to get past their automated call system since the car was picked up was, curiously, when I opted to "press 1 for a new quote." The person I spoke with at that juncture told me that Alan (my contact there) had been out of the office for a few days, but they expected him back in an hour. Hmm. I was told that NOBODY there could help me but Alan & I was assured I'd get a prompt call-back from him, and then the person basically hung up before I could get another word in.

Continental lost interest once they got their money from me, and they hung me out to dry when I had no leverage against the sub-contractor, A Unique Transport. In the end I did finally the car with no damage done to it, but I should have paid more & gone elsewhere with my business to avoid all the aggravation. One star out of five.
