I had to transport 2 cars for a move and I wanted the best price with the best service Trudy was able to do that for me, she explained the differences between carriers and brokers and after doing some research I found out she was right, carriers cost just a little more but they do what they say and there are no hidden fees, it was exactly the price she said the cars were picked up on time and they were delivered on time, not like the broker horror stories I heard about no shows and lots of extras costs in the end. I guess you get what you pay for.
