My wife and I moved from Baltimore Maryland to Santa Maria California. The quote we were given was 950, which seemed fine at the time. The car was picked up on time by two men who barely spoke English and who loaded the car onto a flatbed trailer connected to a Suburban. Obviously, this seems sketchy and I should have heeded the signs. On the 9th day, the vehicle was supposed to be delivered at 10 PM. The driver called and said he was stuck in traffic and would deliver it the following morning at 8. Throughout the course of the next day I called the driver approximately 15 times with no call back or response. Finally, after contacting my broker, Bernie at Continental was the driver able to be reached and I was told the vehicle would be delivered at 6 PM that night. Well, the car was finally delivered at 7:30 PM that night. The driver parked in the middle of what is essentially a four lane highway and my wife and I picked the car up there. The car was filthy and the passenger side rear tire appeared to be low. After a quick review, which was a mistake on our parts, we took the car and gave the driver, who also spoke broken English, 800 dollars. Approximately 3 miles down the road my tire went completely flat. We inspected the tire further and realized it had been punctured. The interior of the vehicle was also absolutely filthy.

I called Bernie but did not get a response right away. When I finally got in touch with him I was told he would look into it and get back to me. 2 days later I, the customer, called him again and received erroneous information regarding the contact information of the actual carrier, which was Buck Transportation. 4 days after receiving the car, my wife and I were cleaning it in our driveway when my Wife noticed something strange. Long story short...it appears that Buck Transportation dropped either part of a car or something else on the roof of the car and damaged it. It also appears that parts of the car were repaired, and repainted. We have filed an insurance claim and are awaiting the results of the adjuster and a professional VW dealer who will eventually tell us what we know; that our vehicle was damaged and thrown back together in hopes we would not notice. We will be speaking to the Better Business Bureau and will seek legal advice if we feel the situation is not rectified properly.

Very long story short...this company is horrible. Go elsewhere or drive the car yourself.
