Received very nice courteous service right up until I unwittingly gave my credit card for a deposit. Requested and agreed to pay an additional $20.00 for my car being loaded on the top level of a hauler. First driver that actually showed said this was impossible to do for a corvette, it would damage the nose. Rafaeil promised me another truck within two days that could load the vehicle on the top, no problem. No truck showed up either that time or the four other times I was told a driver would be there. Rick also sent me an email guaranteeing refund of my deposit by April 1st...it is the 7th and I still don't have one and no one will take my call or call me back.

Sandy, we could not load vehicle on top deck of the carrier because it would damage the nose of the vehicle aside from the fact it would be far to exposed. The second carrier arrived on Sunday but was rejected by your husband because it was a single deck trailer which I recommended the prior week. A single deck carrier is best for your vehicle considering the clearance as well as the depth of the nose. However, we still feel committed to loading this vehicle so its dependent on you when is the next available time and date. Please advise-Rick
