this company contacted me many times before i actually signed a contract sounding as if they are a honest and creditable buisness.... i spoke with Don the guy that works for the company and told him that my car could be inoperable he reassured me that it be no problem that they had cables and could tow my vehicle no problem i would just have to pay 30$ more when my car was dropped of to me.... when the driver arrived to pick my car up don said he was not aware that the vehicle was inoperable and just left... i never got a phone call from them to tell me this....when i called them and talked to Don and Danny they said they were looking over their records and told me that the record all phone conversations and when i finally spoke with rick who is suppose to be incharge he told me they dont record them.... i have a recorded phone conversation with don and he states that he knew that the car could be inoperable but id still have to pay another deposit to send another driver... my deposit was 150.00 and i have 2 small children to take care of and to some people that may not be much money to lose... they basically told me oh well ... i have proof that they knew my car was inoperable and a contract stating that my car is in no running condition and all i owe is 375 ... and they still wont honor their contract.... i have filed a complaint with the bbb... and i am seeking legal advice....
