I recieved almost daily calls until I signed the contract on December 30th 2008. According to contract the estimated time of pick up was January 2 to January 5th, 2009. The car was never picked up. I made more than couple of dozen calls over subsequent 2 weeks. Never did any body respond, but once, to make yet another false promise to extend the date of pick up.Eventually I terminated the contract on January 19th,2009, by a written mail. I never got in touch with them again.
I don't know who do they serve. From my end I will never ever use or recommend this company to any one. I wish I had a way to report them to some consumer service agencies for their outragious behaviour and neglect.

Muhammad, I am very sorry we were not able to follow through with the transport of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the carrier cancelled and forced us to delay for too long of time.This is the exact reason why we make our deposits refundable so that the very last option is to find another carrier that can make the transport. Again I apologize and please call us for anything you need in the future because you do apply to future discounts.
