In my opinion, these guys are very unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing. The bid to move my car was at so low that they couldn't get a ride for it within 3 weeks. It completely wasted my time because no one was going to touch the contract for the amount they offered it at. Also, you can only get a hold of them 8:00 to 5:00 EST. You wait forever while on hold as well. I cancelled my contract with them 5 days ago an still haven't gotten my $175 deposit refunded. I will be filing a complaint against them with the Federal Motor Carrier and Safety Administration if my money isn't refunded by tomorrow.
