his company call me with a quote and I excepted it. They were really nice up until I gave them my deposite. They gave me a 7 day window, I told them that i would have to fly to New jersey on the day that they would pick up the car. They told me that they would call me every day to let me know when they would pick it up. I paid my despoit on the 5 of Feburary and the lady Jennifer assure me that she would call me everyday. She didn't call not one day. I call them on the 10 and they told me that they had given it to dispatch and that dispatch was suppose to call me. I told Jennifer that she promise that she would call she told me that they move her from that department and i ask her why didn't she call me to let me know that she wouldn't be handling this for me and she said that they move her on the 5 when i talk to her. I told her that i need to talk to the manager she told me he was not in but she would seen me to his voice mail. I left him about13 messages and he never return my call.So finally I call and talk to Jennifer again and told her that I wanted my despoit back she told me that I had to seen an email to them. I did that and still no response. This had been going on sinse the 5 of Feburary. I was very upset so i call and told Jennifer that i wanted my money back and I wanted to talk to Rob and not his answering she told me to hold on and came back and told me that he was reviewing my case. I told her that I had sent my email and they told me it would be 72 hour when they would refund my money back in my account. Jennifer cuss me out and then hung up the phone. I call back and she told me that she was not in the billing department, she put me on hold again and came back and told me that she was putting a check in the mail and i should get it 8 days later. I told her that it does not take 8 days for mail to come from Flordia. I call another company and they told me to call my bank and tell them what happen, so i call the company back to let them know that i was calling the police and my bank. The very next morning Rob call me and said he got my nasty message, the message was not nasty it was telling them that i was reporting them to the BBB, and my bank was refunding my money back. He told me that he would send me a check on Friday I told him i want my account refund. He told me that he doesn't use that company anymore so he can't refund my bank account. That was the last LIE I let him tell me.I told him that they were liarers and rude people and I was going to report them to the BBB.Today is Feburary 28 and my bank made sure that i got my money back, even though Rob said that they don;t use the bank anymore. So Consolidated Auto Transport if you response to this message and try to say that i am lying I have all the proof. To prove that you guys take people money and does not pick up their cars and wont give back the desposit if anyone one would like to see my proof you can email me.

This customer was impossible to deal with she called the dispatchers all kinds of profane names when we tried to explain to her what was going on and refused to let anyone speaks she basically didn't want to hear anything other than what she wanted to hear we attempted to move her car and explained that there was a window to move it and she wanted the vehicle picked up in one day when we tried to call her with carriers to pick up her car she began cursing at the employees some people just can't be pleased
