If using Complete auto transport - be VERY flexible. First, my car was scheduled to be picked up on 12/2 (which was written in my invoice), but due to a miscommunication on their end, the 2nd came and went. After calling, they stated it would actually be picked up on 12/3 - which was not the plan. They told me 12/3 early afternoon, but it actually was not picked up until 10:30 pm. Also, they advertise Door to Door, but that is NOT accurate. If you live in a city you will definitely have to go meet them in a large parking lot, not at your home. It is inaccurate for them to advertise door to door shipping as it is rare that they would actually be able to come pick up/drop off at your place of residence in the large Semi. My car made it from TX -- WA in about 5 days and there were no damages. You have a 4 hour window to meet them to pick up your vehicle, which you are not informed of until the day before. I was working and it was difficult to find someone for me to pick up the car. I would suggest having a very open schedule and lots of flexibility in using Complete Auto Transport.
