Henry is a complete LIFE SAVER! I hired an inexperienced transport broker, Excellent Auto Transport, a month in advance. It was 48 hours before I needed my car shipped and I had not heard from them. I reached out to them in a panic and after calling all 3 numbers, someone finally answered and basically told me that the only reason they answered was because I had called them multiple times. Very unprofessional and rude and told me to be patient. I basically called Henry in tears explaining the situation and he helped me get out of my contract with Excellent Auto Transport. I kid you not, he called me back SIX minutes later and had already found a driver for me! I could not believe how reassuring and quick Henry was. Henry stayed in contact with me throughout the entire transport. He also went above and beyond for me to find a terminal that the driver could park my car at, as the car would make it to Boston before I did and I did not have anyone to sign for me. Henry spent so much time with me- I could not believe how awesome his customer service was. Save yourself the panic and anxiety and just choose Coastal Car Transport from the start. They are experienced and will 100% get your car shipped. In this industry, you need to go with an experienced broker. Henry is experienced and completely turned my situation around. Thank you so much! I probably spoke to Henry 20 times within the matter of a week, that's how awesome he is.
