Since the delivery was for a 90 year Model T, the driver wasn't sure how to operate the vehicle. But he was honest enough to say this upfront. He was a few days early for pickup and delivery, and he communicated this with us through texting. Fortunately we had enough cash on hand that making it to the bank for a withdrawal wasn't an issue. The driver was courteous and respectful. He even agreed to take some extra cargo along with the antique car. There was an issue at the drop off. The car slipped off the unloading ramp and had some body damage to the running board. It took a couple of hours to jack it up and roll it back into the truck before brining it back down the ramp. The driver was apologetic and accepted full responsibility, even offering to decline his payment. In the end, we paid him half the amount owed and we agreed the difference would cover the body damage. All in all the service was great. I took one star away because of the change in timing.
