Overall, I was very impressed with the shipment of my car from the east coast to the west coast. I had never shipped a car before and wanted to be sure it would arrive at its destination on time and in one piece.
Henry was very patient in explaining the shipping process to me & even worked to make transport available to me on very short notice. I was disappointed that I had to pay a bit more than originally planned & had to arrange to drop my car off to the carrier instead of having it picked up from my address; however, I understand that this was due to the short notice I had given/time constraints.
My car arrived to me on the other end looking exactly as it had when it left & on the same day that had been listed on the contract. This was a pleasant surprise as I had been told that the delivery date was a best estimate and not necessarily a guarantee. As a side note, I was pleased with the performance of the carrier service that Henry set me up with.
Henry and his company made the shipping of my car a stress-free and easy process. In the future, I would definitely use Coastal Car Transport for any vehicle transport needs.
