This is a Broker, not a Carrier!

First carrier did not show up due to a breakdown. I didn't find out till a day after it was supposed to be picked up. In order to get another transport asap I had to shell out $100 more. I was willing to do that and was told it would be picked up Saturday or Sunday. No show. I called monday to see what was up, "it will be tuesday and they will contact you". Tuesday I get a call "we will be there between 2pm and 4pm". I'm busy and I make arrangements to be ready with the vehicle. No call. They finally showed up at 5:30pm.

One week later than the original date I finally get the vehicle picked up. I was told that the very latest it would arrive at the delivery spot would be Friday (3 1/2 days to drive 900 miles). I made arrangements with customer on the other end. It arrived Saturday. Customer was not happy.

*Be warned that this is a Broker and they don't have any control over these carriers that breakdown and show up late. The guy I dealt with did the best he could but this is a poor system and Coastal Car transport should deal with more reliable carriers.

My apologies for the inconvenience and the untimely events that took place. Your assigned carrier, MILTON EXPRESS LLC out of Vancouver, WA is a 100% positive rated Carrier! I'm a little surprised as to their work ethic, but I can't be held responsible for another companies empty promises. As for Coastal Car Transport, we did everything correctly. We assigned a well reputable, 100% positive rated, fully bonded company to your order, and everything on our part was done on time. Nonetheless, I do appreciate the business, and I sincerely apologize for the events that took place. I will personally make it up to you on any future orders with us. Best Regards, Henry Hartounian Company Owner
