My car was damaged during shipping and reported on the space for destination exceptions by customer and the driver informed me of the damage. Called to make a claim and they said they'll take care of it but it's been over a month and they will no longer take my calls, texts, and emails. Very unprofessional and looks like I'll have to take legal action.
I will never use these guys again if I must ship a car.
