I was working with this company to pick up my vehicle. My husband was working with them from a distance as he is over seas serving our country. They contacted me regarding my QUOTE of 1600 dollars and were completely RUDE! I was contacted by Ed, and upon telling him (after he asked if i was still interested) that I have gone with another company, He became acusational twards me, telling me I was irresponsible, He used foul language, and kept talking over me getting louder to muffle my voice. I informed him that I was working with my husband who i have limited contact with and that we did not mean to keep his quote open. He then wanted to bash on the company that I decided to go with, telling me that they have bad reviews that they lie about their contracts and I needed to do my research on them. He handled the situation like a true asshole. I apologized to him and his company but he still insisted on telling me i was rude, and bashing other competing companies. He was VERY unprofessional, and I could tell he just had a bad day and was just taking it out on anyone he so chose. After looking at the bad reviews on this site and hearing him be rude to me over the phone, I am pleased that i did not even consider this company as a possible transport for my vehicle. I suggest you DO your research and steer clear of Coastal Auto Transport.
