I originally was going to ship a vehicle almost a year ago but with the military everything continued to change. Kai continued to touch base with me throughout this time which lead me to give him this business. I had contacted several (over 6) trucking companies and they were only interested in immediate business....never following up with me at all. I am in sales myself and know that you need to invest time for business. Not all business is immediate and some you never receive. I guess since I have to work so hard to receive business, I wasn't out to make someones job easy. Follow up shows me that you really are seeking my business, lack of follow up doesnt. Just picking someone based on phone conversations only is difficult, and although I was extrememly nervous in just sending a vehicle with just "anyone"....it was a little easier because of what little relationship and trust I had in Kai's business professionalism. I would recommend him/as well as the truck driver to anyone shipping a vehicle.
