FANTASTIC PROFESSIONALS - Not what you would expect!

I had the best experience shipping my car from the NYC area to San Francisco. I found Kai and Coastal after having the worst experience with "GLOBAL LOGISTICS" and a guy named Pete. These guys will screw you - they are great salespeople, but don't keep their word on price or timing. At the last minute, a day before my car was supposed to be picked up (and I was leaving for California on a flight), he called me and said that they couldn't find a carrier, last minute (bull shit) and now the price would be a few hundred dollars higher if I wanted it picked up tomorrow. Are you serious, fuck you! Errgh, I was so mad that I had been duped - all the bad things I had read about came true.

I was on a very tight time schedule - I needed my car out in SF, and was leaving on a plane the next day. What was going to do with my car now, I thought I was really in a bind.

I called around and nobody could help me. Thank god I found Kai and his team - they went to work right away, seriously worked their asses off calling everyone, found a carrier that picked up the car 'the next day' and the price was amazingly reasonable. Nothing changed with the price last minute either - it was all spelled out. And get this, the driver got to SF in 4 days, yes 4 DAYS! They drove 24hrs a day to get it there. Perhaps this was just luck, but wow, I never expected that! Amazing!

Coastal Auto Transport is the best - these guys are honest, professional and extremely diligent! Do not trust your car to anybody else - learn from my mistake please.
