We first were contracted with another transport company that did nothing but string us along with the pick up of our vehicle. After a month of frustrating go nowhere phone calls we contacted Coastal Auto Transport and spoke with Phil. Within a week the vehicle was picked up. The driver of the truck contacted us and stayed in contact until delivery. We were very pleased with the drivers of the truck, they were very professional and we could tell they truely cared about our vehicle. After having such a horrible experience with the other transport company it was a real pleasure dealing with Coastal!
