I had never moved a vehicle using a transport before, so when I started looking I just requested quotes from websites advertised on Google. I got many quotes online and by phone, including from a horrible company that wanted me to sign a contract with them without even reading it!
However Coastal Auto Transport started off on the right foot. From the first time Gregg called to give me an estimate for moving my car from Ohio to Arizona, he explained how Central Dispatch worked and how his fee worked. I liked that he did not give me a magic number but explained how it came about, so I picked him over dozens of other brokers. He put my vehicle on the board and when he did not get any transports within the first couple of days he told me what to do and kept me posted on progress every day. Finally, after 4-5 days he found a good transport for my car, Wild Vehicle Transportation (from Parma, OH) and they were great and picked up when they say they would and delivered exactly when they said they would, no fuss, no damage (it is a 2011 car so it would show), just a little dust from the road. Gregg even followed up to make sure everything had turned up all right, which it did. If I ever need to move a car again I will definitely call him back.
