So, I hired this company because of 2 reasons. 1. Price 2. Christina was helpful (at first). Once hired, it was all downhill from there. I understand the holidays could be a tough time to get carriers. She assured me that she would try to get a carrier quickly. After telling me that a driver will be picking up on a certain day, I tried several times to reach her to confirm a time. After 2 days of texting and calling, I finally get Tony on the phone to tell me she is out all week and he can help me. After asking him many questions about my pickup, it was one bull**hit answer after another. I didn't understand the whole process and he took advantage of my vulnerability. After a week goes by and my vehicle is still sitting there, I realized I was being strung along...telling me they have a driver, but truck broke down and the driver only answers calls from Christina so they cant reach him till she returns...BS ...BS...BS
I was being contacted by many brokers and I finally got an honest broker to list my vehicle and within hours, I had a carrier. I was crunched for time and the other guy made it happen, while Coast2Coast just didn't care. Honesty is the best policy and they should learn how to be honest with their customers.
