My experience was a nightmare and I'm out 100 bucks. This company does not have trucks or drivers, they are a broker company! I made the mistake of going with the first company that contacted me after I filled out a shipping quote. They did not tell me they were a broker company, they acted like it was a legit shipping company. I needed my truck towed from our rental property as we were moving out of state. They were friendly and promised me up and down they could ship my truck. Paid them the down deposit, the truck was to be picked up Monday, the day we were leaving. Monday came and went and my truck was not picked up. I texted Jonathan about what was going on, and several hours later he gets back to me and says the driver is a no show. No kidding... He says we can still leave, that we didn't need to be present for pick up. So we left the keys with the vehicle and left the next morning. I tell Jonathan and am extremely adamant that the truck has to be off the property by Wednesday as the rental inspection was on Thursday and we'd get in HUGE trouble if we still had a vehicle on the property. He was testy and irritated with me as if my insistence on getting my truck taken care of was inconvenient. He literally told me "Hard is hard" when I was telling him how disappointed I was my truck wasn't picked up on time. Tuesday came and went, Jonathan would take hours to get back to me when I asked about updates. I had to call a buddy I know who works for a tow company to get my truck off the property on Wednesday and had his boss store it for me. Jonathan graces me with a response saying he has a guy that can do it Friday, but for almost 200 dollars more than what we had agreed on. Surprise, surprise, that driver doesn't work out. Jonathan finally gets back to me and says drivers won't take it due to the drop off location. So I even changed the drop off location to somewhere more convenient for them, and he promised me he could definitely get a driver with the location changed. The weekend comes and goes, Jonathan finally texts me and says he has a driver, again for more money than we agreed, but I just want this nightmare over, so I really don't care at this point. The driver says he can't take the truck if the wheel to wheel width is more than 83" and mine was 86". I told Jonathan this and didn't hear back from him ever again. I gave up on this horrible excuse of a company and called the guy who was storing my vehicle and he turned me on to Triple J Trucking. The owner not only stored my vehicle for free, but was able to deliver my truck for even less than Coast to Coast quoted me for. So no thanks to Jonathan and Coast2Coast, I got my truck back, though it took a solid four and a half weeks. Do not use this company, they will make promises to you that they cannot fulfill, and they will ghost you. I'm surprised they have any good reviews, because it was the worst experience I've ever had with any company ever.
