I transported a 1969 Mustang convertible from a house in Pennsylvania to my house in California in an inclosed truck. Dealing with CCT was extremely easy, the reps (both Bill and Cory) were extremely professional responded almost instantly to all inquiries and provided a flat, up front price which is exactly what I paid. They even gave a military discount. Scheduling for the pick up occurred on the exact day I needed.
The driver showed up exactly when he was supposed to and picked up the car without a problem. In fact, because the road the pick-up house was on was too narrow to bring the truck down, the driver without having to be asked, walked 3/4 of a mile to get the car and drove it back to the waiting truck.
The cross country transit actually went faster than originally quoted. The driver called the morning of the drop off to arrange a time- and scheduled his drop off around what was convenient for me and my work schedule. He originally planned to drop it off around 4-5 PM, but waited until 7-8 PM due to my schedule. He rang the door bell at almost exactly 7:30 PM, and then deposited the car right in our drive way. The driver was professional, well spoken and friendly.
The only slight snag was a confusion over method of payment- somehow it was recorded I was going to pay the balance in cash vice via credit card. However this was easily remedied as CCT called to confirm all details a few hours prior to drop off. They cleared up the problem and even paid the ACH fee to ensure the driver was fully paid- I wasn't expected to pay anything more than I was originally quoted.
Overall, this move could not have gone any better. I would absolutely use CCT again in the future.
