Jim was a breath of fresh air given the "pollution" I had ingested prior to me contacting him. He was upfront about his roll as a broker and shared his view on the pros and cons of using a broker. Jim's communication was excellent. He answered calls more often than not and when I did leave a message, the call was returned in short order. Emails were acknowledged and addressed promptly. My car was damaged by the carrier. Not Jim's fault of course; however, he remained involved to make sure the carrier met their responsibilities - they did.

In short, the flow of information between and among all interested parties was great.

One area of improvement: It was an enclosed carrier; but not a solid enclosure. The type of enclosure should be an option/explained to the customer. One of the benefits of an enclosed carrier was that the vehicle would arrive clean. A "soft sided" enclosure does not offer said benefit - so, it should not be priced the same as a solid enclosure - my car was filthy (Now, in this case, the car was damaged, so it being filthy was not a major concern).
