I simply made a phone call to the company and was asked how soon I want my vehicle to be ship. Hung up the phone and within a 30 mins timeframe, I had received a call with some direction for the vehicle to be pick up tomorrow in the morning! Very fast turnaround time, driver was courteous, and the service was great.
