Overall I was happy with my vehicle delivery experience through Classic Auto Express as they were able to arrange for it's delivery on a weekend and accommodated my schedule. I was a however upset that my vehicle was covered in excessive amounts of oil and grease that have for now stained the original white paint on the vehicle. It was the last vehicle on the lowest, rear part of the open trailer and because of this it picked up all of the oil that dripped from the 2 vehicles over head and the large amounts of bearing grease from the rear axles. It was also covered down the left (drivers) side in greasy hand prints. The delivery location was originally scheduled for Clovis, NM but I ended up having to change the location to Lubbock, TX because the broker was unable to find a carrier that would deliver it directly to me. This then caused the original delivery price to increase by $215. I realize that I made the change in location but at the same time for the increased amount I should not have had to change the location to some place that was over 100+ miles from my original location. When I originally contacted the driver on Saturday 10 April for pickup he stated that he would be at the delivery location in Lubbock, TX by 6pm. I arraigned to drive to the location (100+ miles away) for pickup of my vehicle and was about an hour early. By 7pm I finally got in contact with the driver again and was informed that he was roughly 3 hours away still. At this point I made the decision to return to my home and make the drive again the morning of 11 April. I did finally receive my vehicle the next morning but after over 300+ miles of extra driving to get it and 2 tanks of extra fuel in my support vehicle. In the end I still owed the extra $215 that was added for the delivery in Lubbock, TX. I am very happy with the folks at Classic Auto Express and the interactions while on the phone and via e-mail, but not happy with the final delivery of my vehicle.

Hello George, Wish there was a better way to say how sorry we are about the messy condition your vehicle arrived in. Classic removed that carrier from our system and will never use again. Your words were kind about our service and I truly appreciate that! Carolyn
