Bad Experience

I had a really bad experience with this company.
I agreed with the rate and told Carolyn I would prepay with my cc, the quote was for $ 1050 and when i checked my bank statement I was surprised to find out that they had debited $ 1166. I called Carolyn to check out this and she told me that they have added 6% as a credit card charge. I told her that this was never mentioned in the quote and she stated she had mentioned it on the phone which is not true. Besides that, they added 11% and not 6% but I never got the difference back althought I requested it several times. I also requested an invoice but I have not received it up to now.
Regarding the service, the pick up was scheduled for 12/15/2009 and the promised eta was 12/17/09. The car was picked up on 12/16 and I was never informed by Carolyn of this delay.
The delivery was rescheduled for Saturday 12/19 and I had somebody at the warehouse waiting for the car. On 12/20 I received a call from the driver in order to confirm the delivery address, at that time he was making some deliveries in Tampa,FL. I asked him why he did not deliver on 12/19 as informed by Carolyn and he said that he never informed delivery on 12/19, from the first beginning the plan was to deliver on 12/21.
I have called and emailed Carolyn on several ocassions but never received a response.
