I contacted and listed with Classic Auto on July 3. I was told that it usually take 7-10 days to acquire a driver to transport my son's truck. I e-mailed about the status of my request but got no response, so I called them. I never could get an e-mail response so calling was the way to go. Classic Auto had a driver wanting to pick up the truck on July 11. I spoke to the driver Daniel to make sure he knew the time frame that the truck could be delivered. He said that he couldn't gaurantee it. So, I told him that he may not need to transport then, which was fine.

When I listed this truck, it was made known that my son is at an AFB and couldn't come out at any given time, but it seems the notes just kept disappearing off the driver info sheet. As of July 14, I still had not gotten any other responses to transport the truck. So, I called another company. The representative for the new company pulled up the listing of Classic Auto and told me that there was a price of $0 for the transportation of the truck. This could have something to do with not getting any more calls for transport.You think??

I DO NOT recommend this company unless you enjoy poor customer service. As for the driver he probably would have done fine.

Based on the requiremtns demanded by this client it was impossible to meet her every changing needs. Three reliable carriers were dispatched to meet these needs BUT when dispatch there were new changes and time restrictions that were impossible to comply with for any carrier. Classic Auto Express protrayed professionalism and courteous service to this clients needs.
