Christa made my experience very easy. She always had a pleasant attitude and kept in constant contact with me. She explained the entire shipping process to me and made me feel comfortable since I had never shipped a vehicle before. Christa found a great carrier within 2 days, even when I made requests to store my personal items inside of my vehicle, so that I would not have to pay for shipping. She ensured that the carrier knew and approved my items to be stored inside of my vehicle so there would be no surprises on either end. She made sure to always ask how things went during the entire process and was honest with me from the start. I did not have to make any deposits or rice my credit card information until the carrier picked up my vehicle, which was convenient and safe. All in all, she made a stressful process very simple and a great attitude goes a long way. If I ever ship my vehicle again, I will only use Christa.
