Having shipped two cars cross- country in the past two years, I can highly recommend this past experience as the best. Nova, my initital contact person, was very reassuring. She kept in contact with me to see that all was going well , both on the receiving and pick-up end. I had some very specific requests and she did her best to make sure all went smoothly. The driver, Paul, also was very polite, professional, in contact with me and accessible. My car arrived earlier than I anticipated and in the same excellent shape in which it was handed over. It can be very nerve wracking to trust someone with your car. My experience was extemely positive. It turned out my car was in good hands. Who could ask for anything more? Carol
