Our experience with Chariot was fantastic. We needed to ship a vehicle from Texas to the Canadian border and had a few choices of different carriers, but decided on Chariot because of their good reviews and good price. As we were a little nervous, since this was our first time using this type of service, we were not sure what to expect. The first contact we had with Chariot was pleasant and reassuring. We gave them our time limit and they worked perfectly around it. Communication was strong and in no time we had our carrier's name and phone number. Pick-up of the vehicle was on time, and delivery was earlier than we expected, which worked out great for us. The carrier, David, from D & B Transportation contacted us regularly to let us know where he was and what time he was going to meet us. Upon delivery, the vehicle was in great shape! We would definitely use Chariot again.
