I called after seeing all of these reviews. I got a quote for 485 to transport my car. 9 days goes by and i hear nothing so i call. They told e shouldn't be too much longer. I email on day 10 and get the same crap. Day 15 comes around and then Leah finally admits that she is probably not going to be able to get a carrier to pick up the car for the price she quoted me but if up the fee to 1200 then they could have someone get the car. She tried to blame the problem on a computer error but that sounds like CRAP. Why didn't she catch the errors the other two times i contacted her? Why not just be honest they underbid the work and couldn't do it 2 weeks ago instead of leaving me without a car for 2 weeks. Luckily I'm going to be able to get my deposit back. Very unprofessional.

We do not bait and switch. This resulted from a price typo in our automated quote system. It is the only time this has occured since we have been in business. Once we figured out the problem we appologized to the customer and returned his deposit. We take full responsibility for the happening and have taken measures to see that it does not happen in the future. But just as a note to all customers seeking to use any company out there. If the price quote you receive is hundreds of dollars below all the other quotes you are getting "buyer beware".
