Almost all aspects of our dealing with this company were positive. The only problem we had was being told our vehicle would be placed on a carrier within three to seven days, when in fact, it took 15 to 17 days. We understand the nature of the business and if we would've been told up front that there would be a possibility of delay, we would've understood. But that was not explained to us from the start. However, we applaud our broker because in the end, he returned $100 of his own money to us because of the delay.
