I was patient in waiting for my disabled vehicle to be shipped back home after the engine had problems. Luckily, the garage my car was originally towed to , National Auto Service in Nacogdoches TX was very nice and extremely honest with me. I was informed the car would need a Cadillac dealer to repair blown head gaskets. Ron at National Auto Service was very understanding and did not charge me extra for storage fees during my wait for a pickup/delivery.

Initially I was quoted a price of $225 for transporting the car. The day of delivery there was an extra $20 added. All in all, I have NO COMPLAINTS! The price was still excellent and sure beats the rate quoted ( $600 for a 175 mile trip) back to Clarksville, TX from many other auto transporters. Having patience and trying to understand how this business runs can make it so much easier on everyone and also save you big bucks! The Internet does pay when you do your homework.

Glad to have my car back. Kinda like delivering a dead horse, but what the heck, they brought her home! My driver Robert was very nice too. No regrets here.
