Start Here! End here! There may be other brokers/transporters available, but for me and my situation, this was a very welcomed glove fit. I had already contacted two other brokers and was listed on the national "board" by both of them. Not a good thing as they will tell you, ,but inevitable as I see it. So, after a couple of "we'll see what we can do" responses, I tried Certified. Not because they had the lowest price quote (although they were competitive), but because I was desperate to have my time constraints met. So I kept calling brokers until I found one who displayed the desired attitude. Kathy, at Certified, was the one I was searching for. She superbly handled me and my special case expertly. And the carrier she recommended and subsequently secured for me could not have been a better fit. The carrier was DB Management based in Tucson, Arizona. Phone me for the scoop on this carrier. Very personal and responsive. The total cost of the job was excellent (about 98 cents a mile) for such immediate and personal service. Had it not been for Kathy at Certified Auto Shippers, I would have never known about this carrier. She and her associates at Certified are spinoffs from another brokerage, and their experience became apparent through their personal and professional attention to my needs. I had three days notice to ship a car six hundred miles within a thirty-two hour timeframe. Kathy and the crew at Certified felt confident at the onset and arranged for the accomplishment of the task. My wife is happy because she received her car six hours early. Therefore, I am HAPPY! Thanks to Kathy, the Certified crew and DB Management for an awesome job!
