This was the first time we shipped our car. We had heard many horror stories.

Of the four transport companies we contacted, Centric Carriers' Jonathan Balos was the most professional and easy to communicate with. The other three were like the worst used car salesman you've ever met.

The quote was reasonable and the pick up date was accommodated. Since we were flying out of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we needed the car picked up at our airport hotel, the Hampton Inn Airport South. I was a bit nervous, but left the keys with the manager and flew east and hoped for the best.The car was picked up the next morning as promised.

Hurricane Sandy was due to hit on the delivery date. We communicated that information to Jonathan who notified the driver. The car was delivered a day before the storm hit.

We were very pleased with the service Centric Carriers provided and would not hesitate to call on them again.
