I have had cars transported a total of 5 times. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did they never show they also charged me a $250 deposit(which according to the company that did move my car-this is there fee)not only did they lie about this extremely high fee but they have yet to refund my money. If you need to have a car moved save yourself a nightmare and use anybody but this company. According to the DOT this company does not excist(they are masqerading as a company that has been in business for many years but all of the licensing,insurance and bond is registered to a completey different company. On the advice of my attorney I can't go into more detail because of pending litigation. Buyer beware and sell your car before you entrust it to Bryan-if that really is his name.
