Customers beware; this is a very unprofessional operation. I hired this company to transport my SUV and paid good money for this service. I personally watched as the driver for Caviness unloaded and damaged my vehicle. There is no question who the reasonability for the damages belonged to. Tammy Caviness, the owner, even agreed and I have a written statement from the driver indicating so. After a year and a half of headaches with Caviness, they will still not pay their obligated amount. Customer service, they have none, I have called and left over 56 times to speak with one of the owners and still no return phone calls. The office manager is a pro at screening phone calls! Watch out for these dishonest people!
