contacted company to ship a vehicle out of California before an upcoming deployment. gave them my first 100 and waited a week to hear from them. nothing doing, so i called them. they said they needed another 50 to keep working it (3 days had passed now since the pickup date i needed). so i send them another 50, hoping i could get lucky. 4 more days pass, and i call again. the closest place they could get my car was NYC, and i needed it in Buffalo, the complete other side of the state. needless to say, i canceled everything at that point and asked for my money back. was hung up on and, never got my money back. friendly people when you could get a hold of them, but i wouldn't use this company again.

We dispatched this vehicle to 2 different companies for hauling, the customer would not agree to the pick up and delivery times or locations for either company. We only charged him our fee of $100.00, he called in and asked us to raise his carrier pay by $50.00. That is the amount he would have paid COD to his carrier not to our company.
