HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Be very careful when dealing with this company, Caviness Auto Carriers. They scam you for your money. Called and placed order on April 8, 2008 and it is now April 24, 2008. Was promised that truck would be picked up within a week. Called yet again this morning and found out that the trucker never picked up like promised and now they do not know when they can have it picked up. Company gives you a 72 hour refund fee of only 50% of your deposit. Doesn't seem really fair when problems start after that 72 hour period. Seems like a very sneaky way to get $100.00 from someone. Will report this experience to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission.

Brent, We are doing our job, you did not place your order on the 8th of April. It was the 15th of April @10:53 am. And your quote # is 34291-BT, yes we did locate a haulerand he failed to pickup the car. We can not control what haulers do, but when they do not do there job and failed to keep us informed thay no longer can haul for us. And we are doing everything we can to get another hauler in there for you. But with the price of fuel, and some haulers striking, and some parking there trucks it is making it a lot harder on us and everyone involved. And we do not Scam anybody! We try hard to get haulers in there to get everyones cars moved. But we can not control what is going on in the world. thank you, Tammy Caviness
