I'm apologizing for my previous review of Caviness dated 7-7-05. While I did have problems with the transport, what ensued afterward more than made up for the inconvenience of a late delivery. The owners of the company took it upon themselves to personally deliver my vehicle to me in an astonishingly fast time frame. This company brings new meaning to the words customer service and "ASAP." The service I received from Caviness was truly magnificent in spite of the difficulties, and I will be dealing with them only in the future. Thank you to Tammy and her husband, you and your company operate one class above the rest.
