Demetrios, we normally do not give refunds after 72 hours but being we didnt get your car moved we felt that we needed to atleast give you some of your money back. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you in any way. I have attatched a copy of our terms and conditions and you will see in line 11 that before 72 hours is up we will refund you 50% and after that 72 hour period you will be given no money back. But we intern gave you 50 back on the deposit you paid to us for our services the other 50 goes to pay the girls that work here in the office with the carriers and drivers to get your car moved. why the credit of 50 and not 100.00? I believe that because of the fact
that you could not provide services that were agreed upon that I should
recieve a full deposit. I will give you another 24 hours to return the
other 50.00 or we will have to turn matters over to credit card company as a

Norman,


It has been almost a month and no one has picked up the vehicle. I could have had the vehicle in Savannah by now. I have done some research and have discovered a company called U-ship. I have had 2 offers to move the car one was a driver and the other a carrier. I do not know where you have posted this, however it seems like its not working. I will give it another week if my vehicle is not picked up I have no other option than to request a full refund of my deposit so that I can make other arrangements.

As you can see threw the emails we were working on this order. It does cost money for all the systems that we us on the internet for posting and keeping up with customers orders and haulers to match up to ship the cars. Everything cost now adays. And he did get a refund. Thank You ! CAC
