He just wants your deposit! He will broker you to another company, promise to pay them a higher fee than quoted and leave you with the bill! Don't believe a word he says. When I said I would get a third party involved he cussed me out.

This post is current for a problem of last year. I dont do autos anymore. I was forced to disolve catala express for identity theft reasons. I do local work only in Miami,fL. I dont have an active MC number.
