NO RESPONSE/WOULD NOT USE THIS CO

We are a military family and our pick up is time sensitive. We are shipping two cars. We got quote and gave CASTLE LUXURY AUTO SHIPPING, $ 300 on credit card. We left our date for pick up open until we better knew a date we would be departing Texas. We found out our date and have been trying the number listed for 9 DAYS to reach them. It has been to NO AVAIL. We have left messages, faxed and called repeatedly. A serious lack of customer service and makes me wonder if CASTLE exists. It seems shady when you can't actually speak to somebody. I called this morning and finally someone answered. I began to tell her my problem and was hung up on, Really??? THey hang up on customers? I called back and was hung up on again.......As of now, I have no idea as to the status of my shipping of my car?!?! I need a date set in stone, as we must report to VA by a certain date........I called the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND LEARNED THEY HAVE 20 COMPLAINTS ON THEM AND 9 PENDING...............Obviously, they have issues. If this is not sorted out I will see what other action I can take. They do not seem to be accessible????? NOBODY answeres the phone, returns messges OR emails....How do you run a business like that?????? Extremely frustrated...............
