This company never showed up to pick up my car for delivery. I waited 5 days for pick-up like the contract indicated. I contacted the company on the 6th day and was told the driver will call me on the 7th day between the hours of 2pm-6pmm to make arrangements to pick up my car in CA for delivery in IL. I never received a call from either the driver or the company. I tried contacting the company on the 8th and 9th day of the contract. All I got was a recording and transferred to a voice mail box. As of this review, I have not heard from anyone representing the company.
I went to their website also. The website appears to be down also. I recommend that Castle Luxury Auto Shipping, Inc not be used to trans port anything.
